Wedding Photography

My style of imagery is romantic, earthy and warm. I love showing emotion and introducing texture, layers and unique perspectives to a photograph. I prefer to mostly use a documentary approach mixed with slight direction for showcasing natural, authentic connection!

A 25% deposit is required. The balance is split between two payments: 90 days and 30 days prior to the wedding date. 

Of course! I realize that this is likely the first time you've had to think about so many moving parts of your wedding day, and that I have years of experience and advice for you to lean on! From our first meeting, we begin to map out a plan for your day. We keep in touch often throughout your engagement and hold timeline design calls / meetings to ensure each part of the day is covered with expectations as well as a solid timeline plan!

The gallery is your (password-protected) personal link to view your wedding photos in organized folders for each part of the wedding day. We will use the gallery to mark off images for your album designs. The gallery has ordering ability, so you can share the link with friends and family, and they are free to order their own prints or artwork!

Generally, you can expect to receive 50-70 wedding photos per hour of coverage for the day. I also provide the black and white copies for every color image so your gallery will be doubled! 

The lead time may vary per season, but can be expected to fall within the 6-8 week range.

Yes! The collections are a result of the most popular requests from clients. If you wish to change it up a bit and get a custom collection, we can explore those options!

The album design process begins after the gallery is sent. I can either design the album layout for you entirely, or you can mark off images within your gallery to be included. You will be sent a link to a virtual album proof where you can make comments and request changes. Up to three revisions can be made, and then we will go over cover materials and options! Once approved, our professional album print labs will craft your heirloom album and you will receive it within 2-4 weeks!

Yes, I believe having another photographer, or "dual lead" as I prefer to name them, does result in serving my clients better. An additional perspective and set of hands on a wedding day is invaluable! I always sub-contract photographers who also run their own companies and have adequate experience in wedding photography.

Yes. Jenna Lynn Photography has professional liability insurance coverage of one million dollars. If requested, a copy of our insurance certificate can be sent to your venue.

The purpose of a RAW file is for editing. RAW files are not available to clients as image processing, editing or any alterations done by anyone other than Jenna Lynn Photography is restricted by the copyright policy.

I do not want you to worry about being awkward. I make it a point to be in front of the camera at least once a year to remind myself exactly how my clients feel when receiving direction or posing. I know firsthand the second guessing going on in your mind, but I am here to assure you it really isn't a factor. I will guide you into movements and poses that will allow you to enjoy comfortable and real moments!

Yes! We all know that emergencies happen. As long as I am physically able to be present on your wedding day, I will be. In the event that I cannot fulfill my responsibility to you, your scheduled second photographer will take over as the lead for the day, and all efforts to replace them with another second photographer will be made. Prior to your wedding day, the scheduled second photographer is briefed with contact information, locations and necessary notes needed to take over as the primary photographer.

If you're excited and ready to move forward, a contract will be sent to you for signing. Also, the 25% deposit is collected and you then become part of the JLP family! We will always have an open line of communication and the next step would most likely be scheduling your engagement session.
